RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you need to return an item you can do so within 28 days of the date of purchase.  You will eligible for a refund as long as the item you are returning is in its original resalable condition  i.e. it is not damaged, dirty or marked (unless faulty).

Please ensure you include all original packaging and do not remove the tag unless you wish to keep the item - if you remove the tag, we may not accept your return (unless faulty).

If the item received does not fit we would advise visiting www.fortformalwear.co.uk to reorder the correct size (we cannot reserve items for an exchange).  Your item will be sent out as per our dispatch terms.  The incorrect size should then be returned to us for a refund.

How to return an item

Repack your item/s in all of its original packaging and include the packing slip.  Please note the reason for return on the front of the packing slip.

Affix a label to your parcel ensuring this covers your name and address (if its your original packaging) and send to:

FORT FORMALWEAR, 36 GROSVENOR ROAD, RIPLEY, DERBYSHIRE, DE5 3JF

You are responsible for the cost of return.  You can find your local post office details at www.postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder.

Proof of Postage

Please obtain a receipt as proof of posting and keep this safe.  Claims for lost returns may be refused if there is no receipt to prove that the item has been posted.

Whats next?

Please allow up to 14 days once you have returned your parcel for the refund to be credited to your account - your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Faulty items/incorrect items delivered

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for - 3-5 working days.  The standard rate for this is £4.99 per order (delivery is FREE on orders of £35 and above).  Royal Mail aim to deldiver within 3-5 working days working day however please note that this is not a guarantee. 

Orders received before 12pm Tuesday to Friday will generally be shipped the same day for delivery to be within 2-5 working days (not available for weekend delivery) Orders received at the weekends will usually be shipped on a Tuesday.

If this is not possible i.e - an error has taken place when ordering, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email/phone call.

Items may be left with neighbours as long as the item is signed for.
